Key Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Manager in managing staff and operations.Supervise service staff and ensure quality standards for Levantine cuisine.Assist with training and development of team members familiar with Levantine dishes.Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.Support promotional activities and sales initiatives related to Levantine cuisine.Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in Levantine or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Customer service-oriented.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
