Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a long-standing, reputable Landscape and Urban Engineering Consultancy, who have been responsible for the design and execution of some of the UAEs most notable Landscape projects. As a result of their continued growth in the UAE & KSA, our client is in search of an Assistant Project Manager (Design) who will be hired into their Abu Dhabi office, assisting the design and delivery of a small-team of Landscape Architects.About the roleThis Junior to Mid-level role will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the overall design and delivery of landscape and infrastructure projects, which will include but not limited to maintaining and developing client relationships, resources management, technical input and financial management.The Assistant Project Manager will assist in developing new business opportunities, including preparing LOE estimates and technical methodologies, whilst ensuring best practice in the companys project delivery method.The role will see the incumbent take on ad-hoc design and supervision tasks, as and when required.About youThe successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years professional experience and come from a Landscape or Urban Design Consultancy within the UAE or GCC, possessing a demonstrable track-record of acting as an assistant project manager or landscape engineer on infrastructure and public realm projects.Excellent client-facing experience with Real Estate Developers and/or Government entities, is essential for this role. The successful candidate will hold a landscape architectural Degree from an internationally recognised University and have affiliation with a professional membership.
