We are looking to appoint an outstanding, innovative, Assistant Principal to join the team and play a key role on the Executive Leadership Team in driving forward the Primary phase of the school with key whole school responsibilities.The AP of Primary will inspire colleagues to inspire students. He or she will be a compassionate, values-based leader and will maintain an inclusive culture for staff and for students. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the schools vision and mission as well as all policies, academic standards and pastoral support, alongside shaping & implementing the educational strategy for the school.SkillsThe Assistant Principal of Primary will personally lead all aspects of the Primary School and will work alongside the Principal, Vice Principal and AP of Secondary to lead the whole school. All aspects of school life lie within the direct or indirect responsibility of the AP of Primary.
