Assistant OperatorJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Assist in operating and monitoring poultry processing line machines (cutting, deboning, portioning, or packing).•Handle poultry products safely and maintain hygiene throughout the process.•Support the main operators in machine setup, cleaning, and basic adjustments.•Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure product quality standards.•Maintain cleanliness of the work area and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.•Report any equipment faults or process deviations to the supervisor immediately.•Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.Requirements :•High school or equivalent qualification.•Prior experience as a butcher, deboner, or production line assistant in poultry or meat processing.•Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling of raw meat.•Physically fit and able to work in cold or chilled environments.•Team-oriented, disciplined, and willing to work in shifts.
