What You Will Be DoingManage and ensure submission of all MIS as required by the management. Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues, resolving these or escalating as appropriateCoordination with business, credit, product and compliance teams to resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely manner with effective Problem-Solving capabilitiesEnsure nil occurrence of operational losses due to errors or lapse in laid down controlsComprehensive understanding of trade processing systems, products and servicesManage MIS / Recon for the trade operations unit and handles internal and regulatory reporting requirements are fully adheredMonitor and manage risks associated with trade operations, including documentation, operational, regulatory and compliance risksManage the various operational risks within laid down procedures.
