An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant Manager to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Define and implement Jumeirah Beach Hotel?s marketing and communications strategy, providing vision, framework, and marketing assistance to all hotel departments, including Sales, Revenue, Spa, F&B, C&I, and Sports & Leisure.Work closely with the Marketing Manager in implementing short- and long-term resort strategies and multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with the Sales & MarketingDepartment?s annual revenue goals.Provide full support to the Marketing Manager to deliver all Rooms, Spa and C&I campaigns and projects for Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Establish campaign KPIs for success and maximize ROI.Together with the Digital Marketing Manager and Media Buying Agency to plan and launch advertising campaigns for local and international.Manage creative development for advertising media campaigns and effective delivery of ads per the media plan.Maintain up-to-date hotel assets on Jumeirah Brand Hub (online library).Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers. Source new suppliers as required adhering to the procurement process.Execute photography-related projects and arrange video/photo shoots in adherence to brand Photography & Videography Style Guidelines.Ongoing competitor reviews and checks to identify special offers and activities done by the hotels in the competitive set.Mentor direct reports and provide support for their professional growth.About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:3-5 Years of experience with luxury brands or hospitalityA proven understanding of the luxury segment/guest.Proven experience in delivering integrated campaigns.Sound knowledge of drafting creative briefs, campaign development, implementation, and measurement.Strong communication and presentation skills.About the Benefits:We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
