Black & Grey HR is seeking an Assistant Instructor for a leading university in the Northern Emirates. The Assistant Instructor in Computer Engineering will work closely with faculty to support student learning and development. Responsibilities include helping with teaching, advising, supervising, and organizing both academic and co-curricular activities like research and lab work. Additionally, the Assistant Instructor will assist in managing student internships and ensuring an overall positive student experience.Responsibilities:- Support faculty in maintaining an engaging learning environment.- Help plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons.- Assist with creating instructional materials and teaching aids.- Manage and maintain teaching labs for student projects and experiments.- Support students individually or in groups to reinforce learning.- Participate in college committees and complete tasks assigned by leadership.- Assist students and researchers with experiments and academic projects.- Help organize and manage student internships.- Provide academic advice and guidance to students.- Organize and facilitate co-curricular activities within and outside the university.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.- Strong programming skills, including experience with Databases, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.- Effective teaching skills to support student learning.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.- Ability to use software tools and learning platforms to enhance educational delivery.- Flexible and adaptable to changing academic environments and working hours.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
