Assistant Floor ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Support the Floor Manager in maintaining high standards of service quality.•Prepare the Restaurant for service, including mise-en-place and setup.•Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and provide explanations as needed.•Treat guests with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.Duties:•Follow our established Cycle of Service at all times.•Ensure professional and attentive service delivery, adhering to the style specified by the Floor Manager.•Supervise cleaning of designated areas, maintaining hygiene requirements and schedules.•Assist with mise en place distribution and task monitoring.•Manage dirty or damaged napkins and replace them with clean alternatives.•Take responsibility for service in your designated area during shifts.•Collaborate with the Floor Manager on training programs, briefings, and SOPs.•Monitor sideboards and stations, ensuring they are adequately stocked.•Supervise waiters taking customer orders and ensure accurate execution.•Familiarize yourself with menu item compositions.•Serve food and beverages according to established standards and customer preferences.•Maintain table settings and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.•Accurately charge customers, present bills, and process payments.•Promote good customer relations, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.•Conduct on-the-job training for subordinate staff.•Upkeep personal hygiene and dress code standards, setting an example for others.•Attend meetings and training sessions as required.•Report suspicious packages or parcels to management immediately.•Participate in fire drills and familiarize yourself with emergency exits.•Update floor records accurately, including section allocations and checklists.•Lead by example, supporting staff and promoting a positive work environment.
