Job Description

Assistant Director of Sales ? Government As an Assistant Director of Sales ? Government, you will manage the government sales primarily in UAE. You will be a strategic leader to drive the success of our hotel business within the government sector. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing to inform and develop product proposals to reflect market need.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Deliver government sales plan strategy and execution, and meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow the government project pipeline .
  • Create and implement channel management plans.
  • Implement infrastructure for large-scale growth and continually identify sales process improvements.
  • Assess competitors and understand and communicate key trends.
  • Understand government environments including decision-making process & political dynamics.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related major with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotels.
  • Knowledge of local market in government section.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
  • Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • English proficiency is a must. French and Arabic is a plus.
  • Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
