Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.Participate in trade shows, corporate events, and promotional activities.Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.Requirements: Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably in UAE or the Middle East.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.7+ years of experience in a similar sales role, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
