What you will be doing:
  • Meet with each stewarding employee to give all necessary instructions according to the events of the day
  • Check more specifically the proper use of chemicals and washing accessories
  • Assist in any other functions & areas as informed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
  • Prepares adequate and appropriate equipment for projected F&B needs
  • Ensure that equipment is replaced in the correct areas after usage
  • To have thorough knowledge of the use of all operating equipment and cleaning
Your experience and skills include:
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
