Key Responsibilities:Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Optometry, Vision Science, and related subjects.Supervise clinical training and ensure quality eye care services in affiliated clinics.Conduct original research and publish in peer-reviewed indexed journals.Mentor students and guide research and project work.Participate in academic program development, quality assurance, and departmental service.Requirements:Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Optometry, Vision Science, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of post-Ph.D. teaching experience at the university level (or equivalent clinical-academic experience).Strong research record with publications in indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science).Clinical competence and registration with a recognized optometry council/body (if applicable).Commitment to academic excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration.
