Job Description

Role : Asset Support ProcesserLocation : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:To Enhance Support function to frontlines staff by timely & error free processing of Branches asset finance by abiding ADIB Polices & ProceduresKey Accountabilities of the role Responsibilities:

  1. To meet the KPI as defined by management on asset file processing for CRM approval.
  2. To ensure all the applications are reviewed, Prescreened & Entered into the system are error free and as per product & Credit policy.
  3. To ensure cases are proposed under ADIB product, policy & procedures, due diligence and banks Dos & Doesn?t policies.
  4. To communicate with frontlines team if the proposal violets the policy and resolve the discrepancy.
  5. To resubmit the rejected cases to CRM ensuring the rejection reasons are fully covered.
  6. Maintain defined MIS to track submission, rejections, Hold & re-instate.
  7. To maintain and keep the MIS on the daily proposal received and processed.
  8. Adhoc requests as per business requirement.
  9. Identify and close process gaps to improve efficiency to ensure seamless customer experience.
  10. Adhere to ADIB polices & Procedures.
  11. To attend training for Self-development.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Broad Knowledge of ADIB?s Retail Banking products & Services and Thorough knowledge of ADIB Retail operational polices & procedures.
  • Good Knowledge of UAE Banking Practices, Regulations & Risks.
  • Compute skills, typing skills, management information skills.
