The Artwork Production Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all artwork production activities. They ensure that creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role involves managing workflows between design teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless production of artwork for various media including print, digital, and packaging.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the end-to-end production process of artwork, ensuring timely delivery.Liaise with creative teams, clients, vendors, and suppliers to communicate specifications and timelines.Review and approve final artwork files to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all artwork outputs.Troubleshoot production issues and suggest creative solutions.Maintain organized records of all artwork files, revisions, and project documentation.Stay updated with industry standards, printing techniques, and digital media requirements.Supervise and mentor junior production staff or interns.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.Proven experience in artwork production, print production, or related roles.Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and production tools.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and quality assurance skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Good communication and team coordination skills.
