Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 8 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.As an Area Manager, you will support the Head of Operations in managing the operations of the cloud kitchens under your area. You will be responsible to build a team of experts, leading players, and execute plans across the cloud kitchens department. Your job includes further brand expansion, opening of new kitchen, training the team throughout the selected areas you manage in the UAE.What you will do:

  • Ensures excellent kitchen operations in quality, speed, and accuracy, to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Recruits, trains, motivates, and evaluates the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skills base. Maintains the motivations and the rationales of the staff to achieve and maximize the individual, department, and company goals
  • Ensures that all sanitation, safety, and security policies are examined and implemented
  • Assigns tasks and keeps everyone accountable; oversees application of all processes as per SOPs
  • Achieves sales and profit targets of your area
  • Trains, coaches, and retains employees. Enforces the engagement of the team by implementing best practices, and ensuring their growth development
  • Maintains effective working relationship between managers and team members
  • Controls inventory, monitors revenues and modifies procedures and prices
  • Assists in preparing the annual budget and business plan of the department
