Architectural DesignerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead design reviews and provide technical expertise to the team.•Ensure designs align with client needs and adhere to UAE regulations, industry best practices, and specifications.•Manage the design production process to align it with the programs strategic objectives.•Develop and implement design management practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships.•Assist in creating a project plan for architectural design phases.•Oversee daily design monitoring activities and participate in team meetings.•Communicate design-related project KPIs, targets, and instructions to stakeholders.•Coordinate between architectural, structural, and disciplines.•Provide status reports on design milestones, deliverables, and risks.•Participate in feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposal evaluations.•Act as an internal quality control check for architectural design documentation.•Ensure designs are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.Requirements :•BSc in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.•Experience in designing building projects (villas and community facilities) within a consulting environment in Abu Dhabi.•Minimum 10 years overall experience.•Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.•Minimum 5 years working in the Middle East.
