Architectural Cad DraftsmanJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:•Develop accurate architectural drawings and plans using CAD software focusing on ceiling designs and installations.•Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.•Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for various ceiling systems including suspended ceilings, acoustic panels, and specialty ceiling features.•Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.•Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.•Assist in the preparation of project documentation including proposals, reports, and material lists.•Maintain organized digital files and documentation of all drafts and revisions.•Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques related to ceiling works.Key Qualifications:•Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.•Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman with a focus on architectural designs, particularly ceiling systems.•Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.•Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and ceiling system specifications.•Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.•Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
