Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureMinimum 10 years of experience in construction within the UAE/GCCProven track record in handling large-scale projects for reputed organizationsStrong ability to build relationships with consultants and authoritiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and meticulous working styleFidic & Contract-related certifications are highly preferredKey Responsibilities:Review and interpret contract documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, etc.)Raise RFIs to consultants for design clarifications when neededAdvise the Project Manager and Construction Manager on technical mattersEnsure all technical submittals comply with project specifications and schedulesCoordinate and manage technical issues/submittals with subcontractors and suppliers (Civil & )Arrange and submit materials and technical documentation as per project requirementsSupervise and guide Draftsmen in preparing shop drawingsSupport Construction & QC teams in preparing method statementsFollow up with consultants and clients to obtain necessary approvalsMaintain and manage all engineering logs in coordination with the planning teamPrepare and submit As-Built drawings as per contract requirementsReview and evaluate contract changes and prepare reportsConduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractorsInitiate technical meetings with consultants to resolve design issuesContribute actively to achieving overall project goals and deadlines
