Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a leading Interior Design firm who specialise in exciting high-end office and retail projects. Due to expansion and the award of multiple new projects, our client is looking to hire an Interior Architect to join their team.About the roleYou will design and create indoor spaces using form and function as a guide. You will go beyond the artistic focus of each design and ensure all projects are safe and functional. Furthermore, you will be responsible for project research, concept development, client presentation, sales consultants and responsible for interior architecture on various projects. You?ll have excellent client facing and presentation skills.About youThe successful candidate should hold a bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture and Design and have a minimum of 1-3 years? experience in the UAE. You should also have experience using computer design software as well as excellent illustration techniques. The ideal candidate should be meticulous and possess the ability to meet all deadlines.You should have the ability to visually interpret verbal instructions and suggestions and be able to incorporate plumbing, electrical and mechanical construction features into your designs whilst being creative within budget constraints.
