We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing buildings and spaces that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. The role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams throughout the design and construction process.Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed drawingsPrepare 2D and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design softwareCoordinate with structural, , and interior design teamsEnsure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)Oversee site progress and ensure design implementation during constructionConduct feasibility studies and site assessmentsLiaise with clients to understand requirements and present design proposalsPrepare documentation for permits, tenders, and construction contractsStay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologiesRequirements:Bachelors or Master’s degree in ArchitectureProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion or similar softwareStrong understanding of UAE building regulations and codesExcellent design and visualization skillsStrong communication and project coordination abilitiesDM (Dubai Municipality) license is a plus (for senior roles)
