Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural concepts and detailed design drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and sustainability standards.Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout project lifecycle.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality.Prepare and submit documentation for approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.).Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, with at least 2–3 years in the UAE.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.Strong understanding of UAE local authority regulations and submission processes.Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.
