ArchitectJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:•Lead the design process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations•Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed drawings using REVIT software•Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery•Coordinate with project teams to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively•Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards•Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations•Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and internsKey Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Architecture•Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture•At least 5 years of experience in residential projects with regional/international consultancy firms•Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the UAE•Highly proficient in REVIT modeling and production of detailed design drawings
