Arabic and Islamic TeacherJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that teach the fundamentals of the Arabic language and Islamic studies.•Tailor lessons to suit the needs of non-native Arabic speakers, focusing on language acquisition, comprehension, and cultural context.•Incorporate interactive teaching methods to promote interest and engagement in language learning and religious studies.•Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.•Use assessments to monitor and report on student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.•Collaborate with fellow teachers to align teaching strategies and share best practices for language and cultural instruction.•Promote an understanding of Islamic values, traditions, and history within the curriculum in an educational, non-denominational approach.Desired Candidate Profile :•Bachelors degree in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field.•Teaching certification in Arabic or Islamic studies preferred.•Experience teaching Arabic and Islamic studies to non-native speakers, preferably in an international school setting.•Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.•For non-native English speakers, requires at least 6.0 IELTS Band Score.•Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners and age groups.
