Analytics Director - Management ConsultancyOur client, a top-tier Management Consultancy, is experiencing exceptional growth across its Analytics practices worldwide. They are currently looking to hire an Analytics Director to drive their growth and development plans here in the UAE and across the Middle East.You will be responsible for leading large/medium client accounts and business development efforts through the delivery of multiple and complex project engagements with a pure focus on Data Analytics.Key Responsibilities? Drive business revenue generation strategy alongside Senior Partners? Develop and manage client relationships? Develop and maintain a network of strategic alliances with tech vendors and delivery partners? Develop statements of work and/or client proposals? Conceptualise use-cases, solutions, and delivery approach/methodologies? Manage full life cycle implementations on parallel projects? Assist and drive the team by providing oversight? Manage resources and budget on client projects? Hands-on development support for complex technical solution implementation? Support Finance team in approvals, invoicing and collections from clients? Mentor junior staff and raise the overall quality of team skills and competenciesQualifications Required:? 10+ years of relevant data and analytics consulting experience with extensive focus in most of these areas:o Data and AI strategy definition and roadmap developmento Data Architecture, data governance, enterprise data management and business intelligenceo Business analytics and data science? Previous experience and track record in business development and client management? Minimum 3 years at a senior level with project management or line management responsibilities for team sizes ranging from 4 to 10 resources? Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).? Knowledge of one or more cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google etc.) suite of data analytics products? Knowledge of multiple traditional and big data platforms/tools such as Teradata, Oracle, SAP, HP Vertica, MongoDB, MariaDB etc.?
