Job Description

About the job Analyst (Contract)Our client is?an investment arm of the Government of Abu Dhabi, and is responsible for investing part of the government?s surplus financial resources through a globally diversified investment strategy,They arelooking for an Analyst to?provide an end-to-end service from requirements gathering and documentation, through to system configuration,data integration, solution architecture, application development, testing, and deployment, across a range of internaland third-party applications???Responsibilities:

  • ??Elicit business requirements, through meetings and workshops.
  • Create and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Design and architect enterprise solutions.
  • Develop and configure new and existing investment solutions using a range of development technologies andtoolkits, supported within the Council.
  • Automate the sourcing, transformation, and loading of external or internal data into various third-party and internalinvestment solutions, databases, and end-user Microsoft solutions.
  • Perform technical and business review and validation of any data solutions from external vendors or other teammembers, ensuring that any data divergences are remedied or explained.
  • Provide technical and business application support.
  • Produce project and architectural documents and artifacts.
  • Ensure that best practice and Council governance standards are applied for solution development and deployment.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for the project and/or support issues.
  • Carry out other similar or related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • ?Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent in Technology, Science, Engineering or Finance (mandatory).
  • Microsoft certifications (MS Azure Certifications preferred).
Technical
  • 5+ years of experience in system analysis and design.
  • 5+ years of experience in system development using major programming languages: Java, JavaScript, VB Script,VB.Net, VBA, XML, Python and C #.
  • 5+ years of experience in data & analytics technologies: SQL, SSIS, Informatica, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure products: Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Experience with some of the following investment solutions: eFront; Diligence Vault, Diligend, Investran,InvestOne, Simcorp, Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, etc.
