Currently we are looking for an Air FreightDelivery Order Counter Controllerwho will beresponsible to handle day-to-day shipments at the delivery order counter &operational activities of Air Freight in a most efficient, smooth andproductive manner to meet KPIs, service deliverables & customer expectation.If yes, please read on.Yourtask will be:

  • Update Customer shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents
  • Provide complete and accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that details in the documents are complete, accurate and released on time.
  • Establish professional relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnership.
  • Able to communicate well with customers on a face to face basis
  • Experienced in handling cash and daily reconciliation of cash transactions
  • Handover of delivery orders to customers with cash collection
  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
  • Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function
  • Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
  • Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
Yourprofile should look like:
  • BachelorDegree or Equivalent Experience/Qualification
  • Preferably2-3 years of import operational experience at freight forwarding company,airport or handling agent, with delivery order counter exposure
  • Strongunderstanding of air import regulations and documents.
  • Musthave excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commandover Microsoft Office and other related software, CW1 experience is anadvantage
