Agricultural EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Oversee all aspects of agricultural operations, including crop planning, planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease management, and harvesting.•Design, implement, and maintain efficient and effective irrigation systems.•Conduct soil analysis and recommend appropriate soil amendments and fertilization strategies.•Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact and maximize resource efficiency.•Manage and supervise a team of agricultural workers, providing guidance and training.•Monitor crop growth and development, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.•Maintain accurate records of agricultural activities, yields, and expenses.•Ensure adherence to high quality standards throughout the entire production process.•Collaborate with other departments to optimize farm operations.•Troubleshoot and solve problems related to crop production and irrigation.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a closely related field.•Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working on large-scale farms or agricultural projects, preferably in the UAE or a similar climate.•Comprehensive knowledge of irrigation systems (e.g., drip, sprinkler, flood), soil science, pest management, and crop production techniques.•Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams, and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.•Strong understanding of sustainable and modern farming techniques.•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Proficiency in relevant agricultural software and technology.•A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
