Agricultural EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Supervise and coordinate all soft landscape activities, including planting, turfing, soil preparation, and irrigation systems•Provide technical guidance on native and adaptive plant selection, pest and disease control, and sustainable landscaping techniques•Monitor and enhance plant, tree, and grass health with proactive corrective actions•Design and adapt irrigation systems based on site-specific needs and water conservation goals•Lead and mentor landscaping teams; collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards•Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and company safety protocolsPreferred Qualifications:•Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Horticulture•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or similar arid environments•In-depth knowledge of UAE climate-compatible plants, palm tree care, soil science, and irrigation systems•Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver timely, high-quality results•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
