Adventure and activities Park Operations ManagerThe Park Operations Manager would be responsible for the daily operation and management of all activities and staff, ensuring operational effectiveness and safety, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is achieved and maintained.As part of this role the following scope of responsibilities would be expected:? Daily supervision of all operational staff and adherence to all health & safety requirements:? Management of adventure activity crew, reception staff, general maintenance team & facility housekeeping team.? Roles and Responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring and training of all new team membersAnd ensuring required qualifications are in place.? Planning, assigning and directing work, payroll, performance appraisals and the rewarding and disciplining team members.? Alerting, Addressing, recording and resolving all operational and safety concerns in a timely and professional manner.? Overall operation and financial success of the venue will be the role and responsibility of this individual, therefore ensuring the overall departments success.? Filing and organisation of all Reporting and approvals documentation.? The creation of daily/weekly and monthly reporting documents and adherence to these documents and organisation and filing in the company records? Research/proposal of additional activities and their financial viability that could be developed and added to Hatta Wadi Hub adventure mix.Working days would be : 6 days a weekWorking hours would be: 9 hoursContract duration: Annual, with 8 months working in Hatta ? 4 summer months leave un paid with NOC letter for working during this periodRenumeration: AED 20,000 - 25,000 /month + accommodation + car/fuel allowanceVISA: UAE working visa provided after the trial periodAdditional allowances : 1 ticket go and backTrial period: 3-6 months
