Job Description

Advance Technician - Multibrand (x10) | Al Futtaim Auto Center | DubaiOverview of the roleWe are looking to recruit experienced Advance Technicians to join our Al Futtaim Aftersales Team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP) & Silicon Oasis.As an Advance Technician you will effectively conduct first time scheduled and unscheduled maintenance based on symptoms for all makes and all model passenger cars, thereby providing complete customer satisfaction with due regard to relevant quality and safety standards.What you will do

  • Diagnose the vehicle in order to determine the cause of malfunctioning, including use of latest technological applications such as all vehicle makes/models programming, diagnostic and monitoring software
  • Assesses the cause of failure to determine the parts requirement and submits appropriate reports that enable decisions to be made on repairing the units and the use of spare part
  • Plan and carries out the necessary repairs on-site and in workshop using standard tools and instruments and with perceived allotted time frames
  • Make cost effective use of materials and available timeframe in order to maintain the highest productivity levels that are aligned with operational KPI?s
  • Jobs to be completed within the final quoted price
