AdministratorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Invoice Management•Sales Order Coordination•Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production schedules and inventory management.•Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with customer demand.•Ensure timely delivery of products, handling any potential delays or issues.•Track production progress and provide updates to management.•Use ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) to track invoices, sales, and production data.•Generate reports and analyze production, sales, and invoicing data to improve process efficiency.•Work closely with internal departments (finance, production, logistics) to streamline operations.•Address any operational issues related to production, invoicing, or order fulfillment.•Prepare and present periodic reports on financial, production, and sales performance to senior management.Qualifications :•Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a refinery, manufacturing, or lubricants industry.•Solid understanding of sales order processing, invoice management, and production coordination.•Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).•Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.•Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
