About the RoleAs an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires a proactive individual who excels at organization, communication, and multitasking. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential support to various office functions.ResponsibilitiesManage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling telephone inquiries.Coordinate and support both internal and external office events.Schedule and confirm meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with visitor arrangements.Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
