Purpose:Responsible for managing the full onboarding process of new employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and a smooth employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Prepare employment offers and handle onboarding documentation.Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical, and other government processes with the PRO.Conduct orientations and HR inductions; communicate company policies and benefits.Arrange flights, transport, housing, and logistics for new hires.Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and suggest process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years HR/onboarding experience in the UAE (preferred).Native Tagalog speaker with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.Skilled in MS Office and HRIS systems; detail-oriented with excellent communication.Competencies:Customer service mindset, cross-cultural adaptability.Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
