Administrative AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Provide administrative support to all departments, including phone calls, emails, and mail management.•Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives.•Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.•Process expense reports and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.•Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.•Support HR-related tasks such as new hire onboarding and file maintenance.•Coordinate company-wide events and team building activities.•Liaise between departments to ensure effective communication.•Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.Requirements:•High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.•Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.•Comfortable working with confidential information.•Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
