Administration CoordinatorJob Location : UAEJob Details :•Minimum 2 years admin experience•UAE Driving License is a must•Hands-on experience with SAP (PO & GRN)•Good communication & organizational skills•Able to multitask & work independently•Positive, proactive attitudeResponsibilities and Requirements :•Flight bookings + Airport pick/drop coordination•ADDC & DEWA payments/issues•Accommodation maintenance•Vehicle repair/maintenance coordination•Registration & renewal of company vehicles•Creating PO & GRN in SAP•Invoice reconciliation (Security, Imdaad, KEZAD skip)•JAFZA gate pass coordination•Visa processing (when requested by sales team)•General admin & ad-hoc support
