Admin ManagerLocation : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Develop and implement an efficient inventory management system for tools and materials.?Maintain a well-organized store system.?Supervise procurement processes and ensure compliance with established policies.?Evaluate and maintain facilities, including office accommodations and general matters.?Enforce professional discipline throughout the organization.?Establish and implement admin policies and procedures.?Coordinate utility bill payments and update warehouse renewal systems.?Implement a robust purchasing system and maintain strict control over it.?Maintain accurate records.?Lead the admin team, requiring multitasking and strong managerial skills.?Nurture relationships with suppliers and clients, focusing on updates, improvements, and new business opportunities.?Contribute to the companys ongoing success and identify opportunities for growth.?Cultivate cost-effective strategies and maximize benefits.Requirements:?Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.?Proven expertise in Project Management, Operational Sites, Logistics, Transport Management, and comprehensive office administration.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Able to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.?Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
