Job Description

Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections of administrative documents, records, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Monitor and verify that all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are being followed.Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date files and documentation.Report discrepancies and recommend improvements for administrative processes.Support the administration team in daily tasks and manage office supplies.Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operation and documentation flow.Requirements:Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or inspection role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards is a plus.
