Description:US based company is looking for a full time Accounts Receivables Executive / Commercial Executive -Job Reference # W/2023/AR/02 for their Jebel Ali office. Candidate should be a B.Com Graduate with Masters in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field. Candidate should have minimum 5 to 6 years experience in handling complete A/R function with general accounting experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and UAE driving license shall be an added advantage. Candidates who are able to join immediately with fluent in Arabic language shall be given preference. Job Responsibilities:. Regular follow up with customers via telephone & email or personal visit on due and overdue outstanding payments. . Preparing and sending statement of accounts to customers, timely submitting invoices, and coordinating with their payable to clear the overdue payment before it falls overdue. . Preparing weekly, and monthly reports with regard to Company wise, customer wise, and sales person wise accounts receivables, overdue receivables, collection reports to management and sales team. . Cash inflow forecasting, collections targets, arranging and attending collection meeting with Sales team and management, prepare all necessary presentations for the meeting, making minutes of meetings etc.. Ensuring that the credit policy of the company is complied. . Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and resolve payment discrepancies. . Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, Credit & Debit notes etc.. Initiate and coordinate with the legal team wherever necessary, and handling, and follow up with the legal team on the legal cases. .
