The client operates advanced farming facilities and manages a wide portfolio of premium, imported, and everyday fresh produce. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager and plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, cash flow efficiency, and strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable:Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices and statements accurately and within agreed timelinesRecord and allocate customer payments correctly to respective accountsMonitor AR aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain positive client relationshipsReconcile accounts receivable ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and assist during auditsGenerate periodic financial and AR reports to support credit control and management decisionsPetty Cash Management:Maintain, secure, and manage the petty cash fund responsiblyRecord, reconcile, and report all petty cash transactions in line with company policiesSubmit timely reconciliation reports and petty cash replenishment requestsRequirements:Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and financial disciplineProficiency in SAP and Microsoft ExcelGood communication and interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of accounting principles and GAAP standardsAbility to manage time effectively and work both independently and within a teamValid UAE driving licence and prior UAE work experience are mandatory
