Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk - FinanceAre you passionate about accounting? Do you find numbers fascinating? Do you like collecting, checking and analysing data? What you will be doing:
  • You will ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of the account payable ageing balances. You will ensure a continual credit control is kept on all in-house guests and necessary action is instigated.
  • You will ensure that the FOCUS control procedures are conducted, adhered to and meet the target objectives
  • You will prepare payable vouchers and initiate payment process in due time.
  • You will perform all accounts payable sub-ledger bookings and will verify that accounts payable sub-ledger and general ledger balances are matching.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance
  • Equivalent previous experience of minimum 1 years
  • Computer literate, confident MS Excel, Word and relevant accounting systems user
  • Business English
