Overview:Ideal candidate would be someone with good knowledge of accounting, passionate about their work, not afraid to learn new things.Typical Job duties include:? Responsible for keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.? Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.? Charges expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries in accounting system (ERP)? Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.? Maintains historical records by filing documents.? Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks/ online transfers and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries.? Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
