We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant cum Admin Assistant. This dual-role position involves supporting the finance department with accounting tasks while also managing day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeepingPrepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reportsReconcile accounts and assist with bank statementsSupport month-end and year-end financial closing activitiesMaintain records of receipts, payments, and other financial transactionsAssist with payroll processing and vendor paymentsEnsure compliance with company financial policies and proceduresAdministrative Duties:Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceSchedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendarsOrganize and maintain filing systems and documentationManage office supplies and coordinate procurementSupport preparation of reports, presentations, and official documentsAssist in coordinating office events and travel arrangementsPerform other administrative tasks as assignedRequirements:Proven experience in accounting and administrative rolesProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in financial data and documentationGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of accounting principles and office management
