We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations for a dynamic sports organization in the UAE. The role includes handling day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting related to sporting events, athlete contracts, sponsorships, and merchandise.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reportsManage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliationsMonitor budgets for events, teams, and operational departmentsEnsure compliance with UAE VAT laws and international accounting standarsLiaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholdersSupport cost analysis and forecasting for sports programs and facilitiesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the sports or entertainment sectorProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VATStrong analytical and organizational skills
