Job Purpose:Reconciliation of ARIE Ledgers - Local & Foreign Bank Accounts, ensuring no anomalies and leakage/loss of income.Job Responsibilities:Reconcile Local banksArrange SOA extracts from relevant feeds and ensure uploads recorded accuratelyEnsure SOA extracted matches the balances reflected in the statement of Account - NXG AppPerform Bank Reconciliation using the NXG Accurate AppsAuthorize stop payments in co-ordination with the RECO teamEnsure Cheques at Till are not kept pending for more than 3 days without valid reasonsFortnightly Cash Report - Funds Positon local BanksImmediately notify FM/AFM of any violation noticed of serious nature not coveredFund - Arrange funds for forex purchases & WPS requirement in co-ordinationCost Containment - Overdraft Interest & Levy ChargesJob RequirementsQualificationsGraduate in Finance or AccountingExperience:At least 5 years of prior experience in an established bank/exchange company/financial institutionKnowledge & Skills:Business Knowledge, People Management & Personal SkillsKnowledge of Computer Applications and Accounting applicationsNumeracy and AnalyticalKnowledge of Arabic - added advantageYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
