Accountant - Interior Fitout/JoineryJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports specific to the interior fitout and joinery projects.•Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of invoices and payments.•Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with project managers and senior management.•Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.•Monitor project costs and track variances to support profitability analysis.•Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions as required.•Maintain general ledger, perform month-end and year-end closing activities.•Implement and improve financial controls and procedures suited to the interior fitout industry.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.•Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the interior fitout, joinery, or construction sectors.•Strong understanding of UAE VAT and local financial regulations.•Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.•Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.•Excellent communication skills in English;
