The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting within the manufacturing or construction sectors and will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and KPIs.• Assist in preparing year-end financial statements and audit schedules.• Develop cost models and profitability analyses to support business decisions.• Review internal controls and suggest improvements for efficiency.• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and other departments for accurate reporting.Qualifications & Skills:• CMA preferred / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or construction industries.• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT / CT regulations and accounting standards.• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Benefits:• Competitive salary (AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month).• Other benefits as per UAE law.• Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.
