Vacations – 03Education Level – bachelor’s degreeLocation – Dubai & Ras Al KhaimahKey Roles and Responsibilities:-General Ledger MaintenanceRecord daily financial transactions accurately in the general ledger.Ensure all journal entries are complete and supported by proper documentation.-Accounts Payable and Receivable SupportAssist in processing vendor invoices and customer payments.Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances regularly.-Bank ReconciliationReconcile bank statements with company books to identify and resolve discrepancies.-Financial ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.Assist in the preparation of management reports.-Expense ManagementMonitor and review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.-Compliance and Audit SupportEnsure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.Support tax filings and other statutory compliance requirements.-Budgeting and ForecastingAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as required.Monitor budget versus actual expenditures.-Fixed Asset ManagementMaintain records of fixed assets, including depreciation calculations and asset disposals.-Collaboration and CommunicationCoordinate with other departments such as finance, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate financial data flow.Respond to accounting inquiries from management and external stakeholders.-Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing functions (Must be in UAE).Strong Excel and data analysis skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
