With a head office and warehousing facility in Dubai and a production and fabrication facility in Ras Al Khaimah, we are strategically positioned to serve clients across the UAE and beyond.Position Requirements:Bachelor?s Degree in Commerce or an MBA in FinanceMinimum 3?5 years of experience in a similar accounting roleStrong knowledge of Peachtree or other ERP/accounting systemsHigh proficiency in MS Excel and reporting toolsExcellent understanding of cost control, VAT compliance, and inventory accountingEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work both independently and in a team environmentYour Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and assist with auditsGeneral Ledger Management: Maintain ledgers, record journal entries, and perform reconciliationsSales & Revenue Monitoring: Prepare sales reports and support with forecastingAccounts Receivable & Payable: Manage invoicing, collections, and supplier paymentsBank Reconciliation: Reconcile daily/monthly bank transactions and intercompany recordsVAT Filing & Compliance: Ensure timely VAT submissions and support tax auditsInventory & Costing: Assist with stock valuation and pricing analysisPayroll Support: Help in salary computation, leave encashments, and final settlementsSystem Support: Provide user support for Peachtree and generate ad-hoc reportsJoin a team that prioritizes operational excellence and long-term sustainability across technical equipment, marine services, contracting, and manufacturing sectors.
