We strive to achieve targets and solve difficult challenges with creativity, discipline and experience.* First hand experience and accelerated learning.* Great salary, bonuses and extras based on results and commitment.*Responsibilities:* Maintaining the Groups accounts, including: * Registration of payments* Registration of salaries and other benefits* Collect customer and vendor invoices, archive them and enter them in the accounting program* Performing other assigned tasks related to accounting* If required, support with new processes and system implementation* Responding to inquiries, reviewing accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies* Compilation of various financial documents and verification of their accuracy using established procedures Job requirements* Understand QuickBooks accounting system and is able to record various account journals* Experience: At least 3 years of related working experience* Good command of written and spoken English (German language would be an advantage)* Bachelors degree in any related field* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook* Responsibility, diligence, fast comprehension of tasks, willingness to learn, attention to detail, deadline-oriented* Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
