We’re looking for a skilled Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure their needs are met with excellence.Responsibilities:· Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations.· Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.· Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.· Facilitate regular client meetings and presentations.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.· 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting.· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.· Strong organizational and project management abilities.· Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Preferred:· Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising trends.· Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile client accounts.Salary : Up to AED 8k
